What is your RIDER KEY?
RIDER KEY is your electronic identity at Rider University and is used to access important Rider tools such as MyRider, Canvas and the wireless network.

How do I protect my RIDER KEY and other personally identifiable information?

NEVER respond to email asking for your username or password. OIT will NEVER ask for this information in an email.
NEVER share your password with anyone EVER.
DO install current antivirus software on your personal computer. Rider provides free antivirus software for home use to all faculty and staff. To download the software, contact the Help Desk at (609) 219-3000 and enter a ticket.
